Scot Benson
Scot joined Drew Marine as Chairman and CEO in May 2022. Prior to Drew Marine, he served as CEO of Heron Point Partners, LLC. With over 35 years of experience in specialty chemicals and electronics, Scot has held various positions, including President and Chief Operating Officer at Element Solutions, Inc. (NYSE: ESI), a global specialty chemicals company. His career spans roles such as technical service, account executive, commercial manager, and division president. Scot serves on multiple boards, including the Folds of Honor TN, a non-profit organization providing educational scholarships for families of fallen and severely wounded military.

Chad Albano
Chad joined Drew Marine in December 2019 as Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer. He previously held positions at Element Solutions, Inc., a global NYSE-listed specialty chemicals company, where he served as Corporate Controller and Global Controller of its Performance Solutions segment. Chad also worked as Chief Accounting Officer at Transact Technologies, Inc. and Director of Finance at Amphenol Corporation, both publicly listed companies. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC, spending over 10 years in its Assurance practice, eventually advancing to Senior Manager. Chad holds a B.S. Summa Cum Laude from the University of Hartford.

Jason Masi
Jason joined Drew Marine in December 2019 as Senior Vice President of Operations. Before Drew, he worked at Element Solutions, Inc. (formerly Platform Specialty Products Corporation), a global NYSE-listed specialty chemicals company, where he served as Vice President Finance APAC since 2017. Jason's 16-year tenure with GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), a Pharmaceutical and Consumer Healthcare company, saw him taking on various roles in Finance and Supply Chain across the USA, Australia, and Singapore. He holds a B.A. in History with high distinction from Trinity College and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.

Al Walsh
Al Walsh joined Drew Marine in 2010 as Senior Vice President of Technology. In this role, he leads the Technical Service team, Data Management, Product Management, and Marketing. Al is a maritime professional with a strong background in engineering, technical management, and business fundamentals. He brings extensive experience from both ashore and at sea, including his work at Columbia University as Manager of Engineering and Technical Services from 2005 to 2010. In this position, he managed a 20-person technical staff supporting shipboard science programs and led the conversion of a vessel into a state-of-the-art seismic research vessel. Al's commitment to service is demonstrated by his time as a US Peace Corps Volunteer in Namibia. He holds a B.S. in Marine Systems Engineering, Summa Cum Laude, from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA) and a USCG 3rd Engineer License.

Katelyn Grey
Katelyn is currently the Vice President of Research and Development at Drew Marine. In this role, she leads technical activities, research programs, and manages intellectual property. She collaborates directly with Operations, Sales, Product Management, and Technical Services to ensure the delivery of value adding technologies and support services.
Previously, Katelyn worked at PerkinElmer in customer support roles as an Application Scientist and Technical Support Specialist with experience in product development and petrochemical analysis. Additionally, Katelyn was employed as a Chemist at MacDermid Enthone Electronic Solutions, where she developed a strong background in analytical chemistry, with instrumental proficiency in various techniques. Being passionate about education, she has taught undergraduate chemistry as an adjunct professor. Katelyn holds a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Chemistry from Southern Connecticut State University and remains an active member of several community outreach programs.

David Jacoboski
David serves as Drew Marine's Regional Vice President for North & South America. He joined the company in September 2019 as Vice President of Tax & Treasury. His prior roles encompassed responsibilities in capital markets, financial planning, foreign exchange risk management, and merger integration. Before Drew Marine, David held treasury and corporate finance positions at Platform Specialty Products Corporation, Cenveo Inc., Lydall Inc., and Chemtura Corporation. He completed his undergraduate studies at Bryant University and holds an MBA from the University of Connecticut.

Harish Kotwani
Harish serves as Drew Marine's Regional Vice President for the AMEA region (Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Africa), overseeing Marine and Oil & Gas Offshore segments. He joined Drew Marine in July 2005 at its Hong Kong office and has held various positions during his 17-year journey with the company. Harish has 30 years of experience in the marine industry, including 13 years at sea and 17 years with Drew Marine. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ujjain, India, and an MBA from the University of Hong Kong. Harish is a Marine Engineer by profession, having sailed for 13 years in various ranks from Junior Engineer to Chief Engineer on merchant marine vessels, primarily on VLGC vessels with the Anglo Eastern Group.

Alan E Good
Alan has been with Drew Marine for over 12 years and currently serves as our Regional Vice President of Marine for Northern Europe. He is based in London, England, and has held various positions within the company, including Senior Director of Business Development for Europe, Regional Vice President for Europe, Regional Manager for Western EMEA, and Strategic Accounts Manager.
Before joining Drew Marine, Alan spent over 13 years at Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company in various positions in Europe. Earlier in his career, he was a Key Account Manager at WR Grace for over 7 years. He brings many years of experience in strategic account management and business development across the specialty chemical market place. Alan holds an honours degree in Biochemistry.
Sotiris Spathis
Sotiris is a seasoned Sales and Business Development professional with over 20 years of experience in the maritime and manufacturing industries. He has been with Drew Marine for over a decade, currently serving as Regional Vice President Marine Commercial Europe/SEU. Sotiris has held various leadership roles within the company, including Managing Director Marine Europe and Regional Manager Southern Europe. Before joining Drew Marine, he worked at Lafarge and Titan Cement Company SA, handling responsibilities such as sales development, brand management, and plant management. Sotiris holds a Master of Business Administration from Alba Graduate Business School and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.

Mark Casey
Mark joined Drew Marine in June 2020 as Global Vice President of EH&S and Security. Prior to joining Drew, he served as Regional Director of Security and Emergency Management for Trinity Health of New England. His responsibilities included liaising with local public safety agencies, overseeing security, safety, and emergency management for five hospital campuses in Connecticut and Massachusetts, managing regulatory inspections, and training colleagues in emergency management response. Mark also serves on a number of boards, including The City of Waterbury L.E.P.C, Northwest CT Public Safety Communications, CT Region 5 ESF, and United Way of Greater Waterbury.
